Job Description: Dragon Manor Farms, LLC is looking for an ambitious mushroom technician with strong mycologist skills to Lead the team that grows both Truffles and Gourmet Mushrooms. Growing will be done inside grow rooms, outside forest cultivation, and a Truffière. The position will play a critical role in spanning mushroom growth and agronomy.
You will start off learning the step-by-step process of Fungiculture and are responsible for three-level mushroom production.
Job Responsibilities:
Directly assumes agronomic and production responsibility for the vertically integrated operation spanning from Substrate Production, Cleaning Regiments, Production, and Fruiting. Supervises growing and producing mushrooms across multiple grow rooms, forest-based cultivation, and Truffière production
Takes part of the entire growing process from beginning to end
Day-to-day supervision of all farm-related staff
Adheres directly to the company Manual, SOPs, and Daily Activity Worksheets
Maintains good and acceptable hygiene while present at the farm
Procuring or producing dry substrate and materials from the suppliers that the company has built relationships
Attend classes and seminars on the changing methods and technologies of mushroom farming

Job Description: Dragon Manor Farms, LLC is looking for an ambitious mushroom/mycology Lab technician with strong mycologist skills to lead in the Research & Development of our fungal products. This position will be responsible for the genetic validation of our truffle inoculant, developing ways to grow our species of truffle better, developing the indoor and outdoor methods of growing gourmet mushrooms, and developing methods for growing harder-to-grow mushrooms (such as morels) indoor mushrooms.
