Job Description:
Dragon Manor Farms, LLC is looking for an ambitious mushroom technician with strong mycologist skills to Lead the team that grows Gourmet Mushrooms. Growing will be done CEA inside grow rooms. The position will play a critical role in spanning mushroom growth and agronomy.

Required Skills:

Directly assumes agronomic and production responsibility for the vertically integrated operation spanning from Substrate Production, Cleaning Regiments, Production, and Fruiting
Takes part of the entire growing process from beginning to end
Day-to-day supervision of all farm-related staff
Adheres directly to the company Manual, SOPs, and Daily Activity Worksheets
Maintains good and acceptable hygiene while present at the farm
Procuring or producing dry substrate and materials from the suppliers that the company has built relationships
Attend classes and seminars on the changing methods and technologies of mushroom farming
Bilingual English/Spanish

Main Requirments:

Candidate should be familiar with the techniques of mycelium farming, growing, and harvesting, as well as organic certification.
Can-do attitude backed by complete honesty and integrity
Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to solve new problems
A quick learner who is inquisitive about nature and has a hunger to learn about growing specialty mushrooms in a commercial setting
Strong sense of urgency coupled with high attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+lbs
Take an active role in Personal Growth as manager by reading/listening to books and attending seminars recommended by the Management

Strong physical and intellectual energy
Flexibility, straightforward communications, and prepared to work the hours needed to succeed in the role
Competency with word processing, spreadsheet, Google Chrome, and other technical skills you believe would be of use
Three or more years of hands-on production experience
