| Job Description:
- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
- Keeping documents of inspections and problems
- Doing landscaping, pool maintenance, and pest control
- Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
- Training junior staff, if applicable
Required Skills:
One of the main goals of a Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician is responding to maintenance requests and handling any necessary repairs, such as fixing flooring, drywall, plaster, and painting. Perform the following duties and professionally undertake the following responsibilities<ul>
<li>Plan grounds maintenance and landscaping project as assigned by the Employer.</li>
<li>Source Subcontractors for completion of projects.</li>
<li>Create a Project Budget and get the budget approved and accepted by Management.</li>
<li>Other duties as may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.</li> </ul> Main Requirments:
General Handyman skills, need to understand the landscaping needs and requirements of the land surrounding the CEO's home. Preferred Skill:
