Position/Title: Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician - Housekeeper/Janitor Location: Wilsonville, OR Position Reports To: Managing Partner & CEO Position Description: Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems Checking and responding to security and safety issues Testing and recommending new maintenance products Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers Keeping documents of inspections and problems Doing landscaping, pool maintenance, and pest control Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies Training junior staff, if applicable Employment Type & Compensation: Hourly Position (W2)  $25 - $29 per hr DOE Required Skills: General Handyman skills, need to understand the landscaping needs and requirements of the land of the farm, Truffière, and the surrounding area of the CEO's home.
