Position/Title: Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician
Location: Portland. OR
Position Reports To: Divisional President - Truffière & Gourmet Mushroom Farm Production Manager
Position Description: - Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
- Keeping documents of inspections and problems
- Doing landscaping, pool maintenance, and pest control
- Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
- Training junior staff, if applicable
Employment Type & Compensation:
Hourly Position (W2) $25 - $29 per hr DOE
Required Skills: General Handyman skills, need to understand the landscaping needs and requirements of the land surrounding the CEO's home.
